This CBD lotion is the best I have come into contact with in my practice.  With permission, when used on my patients, they feel relief.  Packed with menthol, multiple targeted botanicals and 800mg pure CBD, this formula works great for aches, pain, stiffness, soreness, swelling and spasms

Product only available at the clinic.

Pillow

Pillow choice can be tricky.  I do not offer a specific pillow choice here nor do I believe in buying pricey pillows. Here, I offer some advice.  If you are a back sleeper, choose a pillow that supports your head and neck without pushing it into a forward bend position.  If you are a side sleeper, choose a pillow that supports the space between your head and shoulder while still holding your spine in a neutral position.  If your head/neck end up side bent in either direction, pain and dysfunction will inevitably follow.  Stomach sleeping is not recommended.

Compression Knee Brace

Beuerfeind GenuTrain Knee Support Brace

To reduce pain and swelling, compression sleeves work well. Sleeves just get pulled onto your knee and provide compression to the knee. They’re great for mild pain or a minor injury that has caused some swelling. This knee brace features silicone waves to keep it secure, and a thick knit material offers added compression to boost muscular endurance while you lightly train or go about your busy day.

Most often, I recommend the open-kneecap sleeve to support patella tracking or one of the Bauerfeind Knee Supports, which come with a gel pad that sits around the patella.  The Bauerfeind supports are made with a knit fabric that is breathable, and when fitted well, they don't slide down as easily as many sleeves.  This is my choice for stability.

Dr. Brace Elite Knee Brace

DonJoy Performance Bionic Knee Brace

This brace offers the best of both worlds in terms of offering a bit of stability and some compression.  This brace is also much easier for people to put on and take off.  This is important for my clients who have arthritis in their hands and knees.  Complete with four adjustable straps, side stabilizers and patella gel pads, this wraparound knee brace could help with recovery from a meniscus injury or a cruciate or collateral ligament injury, such as MCL, ACL, LCL, and PCL injuries.

Orthomen Hinged ROM knee Brace

Hinged knee braces provide maximum stability, making them ideal for patients and athletes returning to sports after ACL or other knee ligament repairs.  Hinged braces come with more mechanical medical and lateral support and often prevent hyperextension of the knee.
