Pillow

Pillow choice can be tricky.  I do not offer a specific pillow choice here nor do I believe in buying pricey pillows. Here, I offer some advice.  If you are a back sleeper, choose a pillow that supports your head and neck without pushing it into a forward bend position.  If you are a side sleeper, choose a pillow that supports the space between your head and shoulder while still holding your spine in a neutral position.  If your head/neck end up side bent in either direction, pain and dysfunction will inevitably follow.  Stomach sleeping is not recommended.

Resistance Bands

Portable, easy to use, multifunctional workouts.
